European storage and access

MilkTrail is hosted in Germany. Backups and service-provider access remain within the EU/EEA, with no access from outside the EU/EEA.

GDPR and your organisation

Our service is operated in line with GDPR requirements. We work with your organisation to agree data processing responsibilities and provide the documentation needed for your review.

API-based hospital connections

MilkTrail supports API-based integrations. Each connection is assessed with your team and the other system provider. We agree the data exchange, scope, responsibilities and cost; custom integrations are not included by default.

Readiness before production

Implementation includes workflow verification and a production readiness review. Your organisation provides local IT, hardware and security readiness and approves the configured system for production use.

We will confirm the information and materials relevant to your review, including processing arrangements, service terms and validation questions.
